Actually, there was a time when every single car he owned in Need For Speed resembled that. But no, it's clean, apart from the fact that rust forced him to zip tie on the rear bumper

Well zip ties are hella JDM bro haha! When I was younger and Need For Speed Underground was popular I modded the cars in the game similarly. It was the style back in the 2000s.
